1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and richphil ("richphil," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the richphil online gaming platform available at https://richphil.vip and any associated services, features, or content (collectively, the "Platform").

richphil operates as a PAGCOR-regulated online casino and sports betting platform, offering services including but not limited to online slot games, live dealer table games, sports betting, bingo, sabong wagering, and fishing arcade games to eligible players in the Philippines.

By creating a richphil account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the richphil Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the richphil Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for all regulated online gambling platforms in the Philippines. richphil will not knowingly permit any person under 21 years of age to register an account, access the Platform, or place any wager.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be employed by, or an immediate family member of an employee of, richphil or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or regulatory bodies.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by richphil or by any Philippine or international gambling regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration

To access the richphil Platform and place wagers, you are required to create a single personal account. The following rules apply to richphil account registration:

• One Account Only: Each individual may hold only one (1) active richphil account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. richphil uses technical and manual checks to detect multiple account registrations and will close duplicate accounts, voiding any associated bonuses.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, your active Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your richphil account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. richphil will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: richphil is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. You may be requested to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. richphil reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.
• Account Suspension: richphil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, or is required to be closed under PAGCOR regulatory direction.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the richphil Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: richphil currently supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank for deposit and withdrawal transactions. Supported payment methods may change from time to time; current options are displayed in the richphil Cashier.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any other individuals — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund reversal.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to players whose accounts have completed KYC verification. richphil targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to two (2) hours for GCash and PayMaya for verified accounts, subject to transaction volumes. richphil does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: richphil operates an "out via in" withdrawal policy where practicable — meaning withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the richphil Cashier. richphil reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

richphil offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible richphil players who satisfy the specific eligibility criteria for each offer, which may include account verification status, deposit amount, or player tier.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless expressly stated otherwise.
• richphil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts in progress will be governed by the terms at the time of credit.
• richphil reserves the right to decline any bonus application or forfeit any bonus if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has abused or attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only. richphil makes no representation that bonuses will result in a financial profit for any player.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the richphil Platform operate under the following fairness and integrity standards:

• RNG Certification: Electronic games (slots, RNG table games, bingo, fishing games) use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for statistical fairness by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers operating from studio environments. All live dealer games at richphil are monitored for compliance in real time. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game, bets affected by the disruption will be handled in accordance with the applicable game provider's disruption procedures.
• Published RTPs: Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective game providers and are available for player review. Actual individual player results will vary from published RTP figures — RTP is a theoretical long-run statistical measure, not a per-session guarantee.
• Malfunctions: In the event of any game malfunction, error, or technical fault, richphil reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. A malfunction voids all pays and plays to the extent required.
• Disputed Results: If you dispute the outcome of a game, you must raise the dispute within seven (7) days of the game completion by contacting richphil support. Disputes not raised within this period may not be investigated.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the richphil Platform. richphil reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit associated balances, and report the matter to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in circumventing the single-account rule;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by persons under 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other players, coordinating wagering strategies for guaranteed outcomes, or engaging in any form of chip dumping;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs — any such advantage must be reported to richphil support immediately. Failure to report and/or repeated exploitation constitutes prohibited conduct;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose connected to criminal activity;
• Depositing funds originating from illegal sources or using stolen payment credentials;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing richphil staff, support agents, live dealers, or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any richphil software, game content, or intellectual property.

8 Responsible Gaming

richphil is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire Filipino player base. We recognize that gambling can be a source of entertainment and excitement, but we also acknowledge that for some individuals, it can lead to harm. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are in place at richphil:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their richphil account settings. Once set, a limit may only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: richphil provides session duration notifications to help players track the time they spend on the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the richphil Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, video, audio, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is owned by or licensed to richphil and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the richphil Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any richphil content for any purpose other than your own personal use of the Platform.

The richphil name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of richphil. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of richphil.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, richphil shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, in connection with your use of or inability to use the richphil Platform;
• Any loss or damage arising from internet connectivity failures, mobile network interruptions, or technical issues beyond richphil's reasonable control;
• Any unauthorized access to your richphil account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal Platform operation;
• Any inaccuracy in game results caused by third-party game provider software, subject to richphil's obligation to apply appropriate game disruption procedures;
• Any loss arising from changes to the Platform, game library, payment methods, or these Terms made in accordance with richphil's rights under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit richphil's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

richphil collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a richphil account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

richphil complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), in its collection and handling of player personal data. Data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

richphil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, richphil will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to their registered address or via an on-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the richphil Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting richphil support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

richphil operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who wish to escalate a complaint beyond richphil's internal dispute resolution process may do so through PAGCOR's official complaint channels.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact richphil support and allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for richphil to investigate and respond to your complaint through its internal resolution process.
